The Society awards the SIOR (Specialist, Industrial & Office Real Estate) designation to brokerage specialists who meet its strict experience, transaction, education, and ethical standards. Real estate professionals who hold the SIOR designation are recognized within the commercial brokerage industry as the most experienced and capable practitioners.
