Rule Your Kitchen like a Master Chef during the Holiday Rush

Oh, the holidays—a time to sink or swim in the kitchen in front of all the friends and family you offered to host after that third glass of wine at a casual get-together in early November. To set up a kitchen like a professional chef (especially for the holidays), HouseLogic outlined several ways to get organized, including choosing the right appliances (if you can, splurge for a gas stove for greater cooking control); learning to work in a tight, strategic kitchen space and making sure everything is nearby so you don’t have to run around too much; and planning for more than one cook since people love to congregate in the kitchen.
