Celebrate National Homeownership Month!
It takes the collective efforts of REALTORS® to cause a sweeping change in our communities. NAR encourages you to pitch in, build relationships, influence city hall and make our Associations stronger and our communities better places to live.
These pages provide project management documents, communications materials, and artwork to create and promote your National Homeownership Month events and activities. You'll also find additional resources from NAR to support your efforts in building stronger, more vibrant communities. And for inspiration, view a letter from 2006 NAR President Tom Stevens.
Quick Tips -- Got 10 Minutes?
- Send an E-mail! Ask other REALTORS® to contribute to a food pantry, or host a clothing drive.
- Pick up the phone! Call city hall and ask to serve on community task force.
- Have a brainstorm! Invite REALTORS® to serve on a land-use committee or county development board. Or develop a community program.
- Improve the landscape! Sponsor a Clean-Up/Fix-Up Day.
- Keep it going! Help out other community projects by volunteering one day a month.
