You will provide administrative support to the CEO and his Leadership Team. Responsibilities include coordinating travel arrangements and schedules, meeting logistics, and providing committee support. In addition, you will play a lead role in managing the evolution and effectiveness of our new member governance structure. This includes developing and implementing process, procedures, and accountability tracking to ensure completion of member-driven initiatives. You will support the work of the Regional Vice President in 2014, interface with the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (NAR) on matters of importance to the CEO and the Leadership Team, and play a key support role with Missouri REALTORS®’ involvement at the national level, including the candidacy of members for NAR office.

Of course, excellent oral/written communication skills, project management, and organizational skills are essential. Ability to multi-task is also critical. Director, Information Technology and Support

The Missouri Association of REALTORS® (MAR) is seeking a new member for our team who will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of the Association’s overall marketing, communications, and member engagement strategies primarily through the Association’s new membership database and CRM system, private member networking system, and public-facing website.  

Responsibilities include:  

  • Providing day-to-day technical management of the Association’s web site.
  • Supporting the architecture, implementation, growth, and utilization of the Association’s new association member database and social CRM system.
  • Designing and executing new methods for extracting, analyzing, and delivering data in user-friendly formats.
  • Staying current on consumer and industry technology trends that may impact the Association, its membership, and/or the real estate brokerage industry. Assisting in formulating the Association’s role in helping members anticipate and adapt to those technology trends.  
  • Identifying and recommending new ways to apply existing and emerging technologies to meet member needs and enhance Association communications effectiveness.  

Qualifications:

  • Intermediate to expert-level proficiency in WordPress and CSS. Experience with other scripting/programming languages a plus.
  • Intermediate to expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform  
  • Intermediate to expert-level proficiency with other generally recognized database and content management systems (experience with Higher Logic or similar SAAS products a plus)  
  • Expert level in MS Office applications  
  • Understanding of popular social networks, including their design and functionality  
  • 5-7 years’ experience with organizational information technology initiatives, preferably in the non-profit association world

Association Executive

The Waterloo-Cedar Falls Board of REALTORS® (IA)

The Waterloo-Cedar Falls Board of REALTORS® is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Association Executive.  Our Board has in excess of 300 members and currently employs two full-time office staff. The new Executive Officer will be in charge of all day-to-day operations of the Board and the MLS, including managing the staff and providing for REALTOR® member needs.

Qualifications:

State Association Executive

The Kentucky Association of REALTORS®, Lexington, KY

The Kentucky Association of REALTORS® (KAR) is seeking an Association Executive to head our state wide organization. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the State Association Executive will lead the over 8,000-member organization while proficiently managing a 6-10 member professional staff located in Lexington, KY.

The AE will be focused on developing and implementing member-centric programs while increasing professional and ethical standards, and continuing education programs. Additionally, the AE will plan for and travel to local, state and national conferences, representing Kentucky, as well as preparing for and attending all Board meetings. The AE additionally manages the execution of the decisions made by the BOD and delegate body, is liaison to the National Association of REALTORS®, and drives legislative advocacy.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience in Real Estate Association Management, while possessing demonstrated ability in public speaking/communications, employee leadership, and fiscal management.

Qualifications

  • The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree (or combination of education and directly related Association experience). 
  • Association Management, preferably in Real Estate preferred
  • CAE and/or RCE certification a plus

  • Solid implementation skills, organizational and multi-tasking ability, while meeting goals/objectives

Organization Description

The Toledo Board of REALTORS® (TBR) is an association of real estate professionals who are dedicated to serving the needs of home sellers and buyers in Toledo and the surrounding area. Position Overview

The REALTOR® Services Administrator works collaboratively with the CEO to maintain membership records and provide membership and office support. This person must be well organized and flexible and must enjoy the challenges of supporting 1,200 members. The ability to interact with staff and association leadership/volunteers (at all levels) with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Needs to have the ability to manage multiple projects and have attention to detail.

Salary Range - $27,000 - $30,000

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer all incoming phone calls
  • Distribute all mail and deliveries
  • Perform additional clerical and administrative duties as requested
  • Log all checks and properly credit payments to accounts
  • Balance cash box daily
  • Track and order office supplies as necessary
  • Maintain membership data and records, including membership applications and suspensions
  • Work with the state and national associations to keep membership data current, including updates for the National Realtors Database System (NRDS)
  • Process membership additions/changes in MMSI and NRDS
  • Keep abreast of current membership rules and regulations, NAR policies, and local bylaws
  • Coordinate New Member Orientation with the CEO
  • Work with the Financial Services Director to prepare membership billings
  • Produce monthly membership report
  • Oversee Presidents Club Program
  • Monitor when members are ready for REALTOR Emeritus status and file the necessary paperwork
