New Ads Highlight Extended and Expanded Tax Credit The Public Awareness Campaign radio ads aim to persuade consumers of the benefits of homeownership and the value that REALTORS® bring to the real estate transaction. Two new radio spots, "Dreams" and "More Attainable," reinforce messages about the extended and expanded home buyer tax credit that expires April 30, 2010, and urge consumers to contact a REALTOR® to help them realize their dreams of homeownership.
