The newest campaign ad, Housewarming, enlists the help of "Uncle Sam" to reinforce messages about the temporary $8,000 tax credit for first-time home buyers and buyers who haven’t owned a home in the past three years, and urges them to contact a REALTOR® to help them realize their dreams of homeownership.
