You must guarantee your reservations with a credit card, however, the hotel will not charge credit cards for a deposit. Credit cards will be charged for no shows and cancellations that fall within the cancellation policy. The Cancellation policy for the Hyatt Regency on Capitol Hill Hotel is 6pm two days prior to arrival, or you will be charged one night’s room & tax.
The 2012 REALTOR® Party Policy and Advocacy Conference room rate is $195.00 for single or double occupancy, plus applicable taxes.
