Tom Glatt to Leave REALTORS® Federal Credit Union, Jane Pannier Announced as New Acting President and Chief Executive Officer

Rockville, Maryland, July 30, 2010

Tom Glatt, President and CEO of REALTORS® Federal Credit Union, has announced that he will be stepping down effective August 1st. Tom was named President and CEO of REALTORS® FCU on December 2008.

Dale Stinton, Chief Executive Officer of the National Association of REALTORS® and volunteer Board Member of REALTORS® Federal Credit Union, says, “We wish Tom well in his desire to relocate to New Jersey where his wife, Diane, has just assumed a great CEO opportunity herself. In two very short years Tom grew our fledgling enterprise to over $70mm in assets, making it one of the fastest growing credit unions in the country. Tom left us with an excellent team and because of his leadership we are very excited about the future of REALTORS® FCU.”

Jane Pannier, the credit union’s Executive Vice President and General Counsel, has been named the new acting President and CEO. Jane says “I’m so honored to be following in Tom’s footsteps and I’m very excited about the opportunities that lie ahead for REALTORS® FCU.”

Prior to joining the credit union, Jane was a partner with The Rochdale Group, a credit union consulting firm. Jane also served as Senior Compliance Counsel for the National Association of Federal Credit Unions (NAFCU) and Director of their Regulatory Compliance Department and as CEO for the then-named, UAW Federal Credit Union.

Founded in 2008, REALTORS® Federal Credit Union is the first ever virtual credit union founded by the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).
