"Why Now is a Great Time to Buy a Home"
Check out this small Midwestern board's promotion of the $8,000 tax credit for first-time buyers.  Practical information on the credit is available at this easy-to-navigate web page, plus you can view the TV ad they produced featuring their 2009 President Nancy Deichert.  This spot runs regularly on their local TV stations (a benefit of living in a city with affordable advertising rates).

"Put Your Money Where Your Life Is"
This advertising, media relations and consumer education campaign was launched early in 2008 to highlight the opportunities for buyers in Northeast Florida.  It features separate tracks for consumers, the media and members. Access the consumer and media sections for all of the campaign elements – including articles placed in local newspapers -- from the web site.
