Customized State Smart Growth Legislation Program
This Program provides assistance to state REALTOR® associations that wish to take the lead in writing and introducing legislation to help the state better address the challenges of growth and improve local communities.

Issues Mobilization/Public Advocacy Program
This program was created to support state and local REALTOR® associations through education, technical assistance and/or financial support, and to enable them to organize and manage effective issue campaigns to promote REALTOR® policy.

Ira Gribin Workforce Housing Grants
To address the growing need for affordable workforce housing, NAR has established a one-time program to provide grants to state and territorial REALTOR® housing foundations and associations to support state-level workforce housing programs.

Land Use Initiative
Initiative to assist state/local associations conduct public policy advocacy regarding land use issues. Will provide expert analysis of the legal, planning, economic and environmental issues surrounding legislative and regulatory land use proposals.

RCA Signature Series
The Signature Series is a grant program designed to enhance commercial professional development at associations. It provides discounted speaker rates, revenue opportunities, and more. Complete an application to be considered as a 2010 speaker.

Transnational Referral Certification Courses Price Reduction from 9/1-12/31 2009
NAR and ICREA, 30% off royalty for courses. Royalty per student will be only $35 (vs. $50) and you can reduce the standard $99 certification fee for students by $15 or even more if you choose. Contact Heidi Henning for details or to schedule.

Smart Growth E-News Quarterly Report
The Smart Growth e-News Quarterly Report is a service of NAR that provides information and status on growth related initiatives at the state and local levels. The report is updated four times per year and can be searched by state.

The NAR State and Local Growth Polling Program
Enables associations to conduct polling on growth related issues in their areas and introduces state and local associations to NAR-affiliated public opinion firms.

Reduced Fees on Short Sale and Foreclosure Course

NAR's HR Connection program provides AEs the convenience of "one-stop shopping" for quality, human resource services and information, Consulting is now FREE to Associations.

On Common Ground Magazine
Published twice each year, and is distributed free of charge. The publication presents a wide range of views on Smart Growth issues, with the goal of encouraging a dialogue among REALTORS®, elected officials and other interested citizens.
