The eProduct I ordered hasn't arrived. Where is it?
Your eProduct will be in your Realtor.org NRDS account. Follow these steps to retrieve it:
Log in athttp://www.realtor.org/prodser.nsf/StoreHome/REALTORStore?OpenDocument&Login (you'll need to know your username and password).
Click the My Account link at the top of the page.
Look for the View Your eProducts or Pay Your Dues Online section at the bottom of your account page.
Click View Your Courses, Subscriptions, Documents, & Reports to access your eProduct.

What is the REALTOR.org Store's return policy? Where should I send returns?
Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of order and must be authorized by an NAR customer service representative before the product is returned. Please call 800/874-6500. At the prompt, press 1.
We do not accept returns for products delivered via electronic download or for discontinued or revised items. We cannot issue refunds under $10.00.
