What does an "R" mean beside the name of a product?

The REALTOR "R" beside the name of a product means the item is published by the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. The REALTOR.org Store also offers products from other publishers that offer value to our members and customers.

How can I add my product to the REALTOR.org Store?

You can add a product to the store by adding joining our Real Estate Bookshelf program. The program provides a powerful platform for promoting and distributing your book, video, or training kit to NAR’s audiences.

By joining the program you will have:

1. High visibility for your product 24 hours a day
2. Direct distribution and fulfillment through NAR
3. The opportunity to earn 60 percent of the product's sale price

Placing Orders



How can I place an order?

Visit REALTOR.org and click the link the Store link at the top of any page. If you are a member of NAR, log on to your NRDS account at http://www.realtor.org/prodser.nsf/StoreHome/REALTORStore?OpenDocument&Login to take advantage of member pricing. If you are not an NAR member, you may purchase products from the REALTOR.org Store, but you won't be eligible for member pricing.

You can also order via phone at 800-874-6500. For your security we no longer take fax or offline orders other than over the phone.

How can I place an order for an eProduct if I am a member from Guam, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands?

NAR is pleased to make these resources available to its members in Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.

When placing an order for an eProduct, please enter the following as your delivery address (You will be able to view your eProduct in the “My Account” section of REALTOR.org immediately following your being placed):

Can I see a sample of a product before I buy it?

We do not provide product samples prior to purchase. Please visit the REALTOR.org store to see product images. If you decide not to keep a product you've purchased, you may return it within 30 days after you receive it. Visit www.Realtor.org/prodser/pages/returns:opendocument to see the REALTOR.org Store's return policy.

The eProduct I ordered hasn't arrived. Where is it?

Your eProduct will be in your REALTOR.org NRDS account. Follow these steps to retrieve it:

Log in athttp://www.realtor.org/prodser.nsf/StoreHome/REALTORStore?OpenDocument&Login (you'll need to know your username and password).

Click the My Account link at the top of the page.

Look for the View Your eProducts or Pay Your Dues Online section at the bottom of your account page.

Click View Your Courses, Subscriptions, Documents, & Reports to access your eProduct.

I placed an order at a convention. When will it arrive?

To find out the status of your order, please call 800/874-6500, at the prompt, press 1. Orders placed at a convention are typically shipped one to two weeks after the order date. You will receive a shipment confirmation once your product has shipped.

How can I get a receipt for an order I received?

To request a receipt, please call 800/874-6500. At the prompt, press 1. We cannot provide receipts online.

My shipment was incomplete. Where is the rest of my order?

One or more of the items you ordered may be temporarily out of stock. To find out the status of your order, please call 800/874-6500. At the prompt, press 1. You should also have received an email notifying you that your product is on backorder status.

Shipping and returns



What is the REALTOR.org Store's return policy? Where should I send returns?

Returns must be made for physical products within 30 days of receipt of order and must be authorized by an NAR customer service representative before the product is returned. Please call 800/874-6500. At the prompt, press 1.

We do not accept returns for products delivered via electronic download (eProducts) or for discontinued or revised items. We cannot issue refunds under $10.00.

We also do not accept cancellations for eProducts since the product is delivered immediately upon order.

When will I receive my products?

E-PRODUCTS
If you ordered an eProduct no item will be shipped to you. To access your eProduct(s), go to My eProducts and log in using your REALTOR.org user name and password. You may also access your eProducts by going to www.realtor.org and clicking on "My Account" at the top of the page. After logging in, the "My eProducts" link will appear. Please Note that you will not be receiving the eproduct via email. It will only be delivered to your My Account page.


IN STOCK ITEMS


If you selected Ground Shipment, your order should be delivered within 7-10 business days


If you selected FedEx Second Day, your order should be delivered in 2-3 business days


If you selected FedEx Overnight, your order should be delivered in 1-2 business days.


BACKORDER ITEMS

At times an item may be on backorder. You will be emailed a shipment confirmation for your order once it has shipped. You will also be notified if your order is on backorder status.
