Edith Lank's award-winning column on real estate appears in more than 100 newspapers and Web sites. In
I've Heard It All and So Should You: Confessions of a Real Estate Columnist, Lank has collected the best of thousands of letters real estate agents and consumers have sent to her nationally syndicated real estate advice column.
Buyers and sellers throughout the years have asked Edith the questions they are too embarrassed to ask of their own agents. In a humorous, easy-to-read way, this book highlights that what may seem obvious to the experienced agent is not always common knowledge to the average consumer. Edith's heard it all-and so should you!
