The 2005 Profile of Referral and Relocation Activity
The NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® and Worldwide ERC® have teamed up to present a new survey on referral and relocation activity. This cooperative effort provides valuable benchmarking information on different types of referral fee programs, including affinity, corporate relocation and Internet lead generation. Brokerages were surveyed to create an independent evaluation of referral and relocation activity, including participation in referral programs, source of clients and benefits of programs to firms. This brand new profile provides the answers in a user-friendly format, using a mix of text, charts, graphs and tables.
