“Mind The Gap” Game Addresses Generation Gap Among REALTORS®
The 2012 Leadership Academy Advisory Board proposed a project for the class to address the generation gap among REALTORS®.
As a solution to bridge communication gaps between generations, the Academy developed Mind the Gap, an introspective exercise that opens up conversations on generational issues.
Players delve into cross-generational communication strategies in this role-playing card game that provides methods to foster collaboration and mutual respect.
It's intended to help you, your volunteer leaders, and brokers navigate the challenges of having four generations in the work force.
Use "Mind the Gap” at your office or board:
- New leadership onboarding
- Leadership retreats
- Diversity training
- Team building
The game offers these solutions:
- Build bonds
- Heighten engagement
- Improve leadership skills
- Reduce conflict
It’s a perfect way to navigate the challenges of having four generations in the work force.
