ABR® (Accredited Buyer Representative)

The ABR® designation enhances buyer representation skills by providing prospective buyer-clients with proof of proficiency in servicing their unique needs. The ABRM(sm) designation is for owners, brokers and managers who have buyer representation in their company's service offerings.

Broker Price Opinion Resource (BPOR)

With the changing real estate landscape and the increased use of broker price opinions (BPOs) by market participants, the BPO Resource certification provides REALTORS® with knowledge and skills to reduce risk, increase opportunities, and create professional BPOs. The one-day core course, "BPOs: The Agent's Role in Property Valuation," explores the multiple uses of BPOs, how they can and cannot be used, and how to filter and select comparables. Upon completion of the core course, members will need to take a free webinar and pay a one-time fee to earn the BPOR certification. Members who earn the BPOR certification will be eligible to receive BPO orders.

e-PRO® Certification

e-PRO® — completely revised and updated with Day 1 now available in the classroom — is the roadmap to help you build your business and serve hyper-connected consumers of today and tomorrow. Course topics for Day 1 (live or online) include the changing market, how to connect with consumers, the online conversation, and reputation management. Day 2 (online only) provides hands-on discovery of business tech tools, such as e-strategy, mobile office, micro-blogging, rich media, and NAR resources.

SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist)

The Seniors Real Estate Specialist® designation is the only REALTOR® designation and marketing program specifically designed to serve senior property owners.

SFR (Short Sales and Foreclosure)

This course helps students evaluate all available options for distressed homeowners and identify the components of an effective short-sale package. Also, it counts toward earning NAR's Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource certification as well as one REBAC elective course toward the ABR® designation.

NAR's Green Designation

NAR's Green Designation provides advanced training in green building and sustainable business practices so that you can seek out, understand, and market properties with green features. Stand out with the only green designation for real estate agents and property managers recognized by the National Association of REALTORS®.
