Real Estate Errors and Omissions Insurance
This coverage is available to firms performing residential and commercial sales, residential and commercial farm and raw land sales, residential and commercial appraisals, property management/leasing and auctioneering. The program provides coverage for the sale of owned residential properties (including primary residences and investment properties) and offers a wide variety of limit and deductible options. Premium discounts may be available after meeting certain requirements.

Geo. F. Brown is pleased to offer the Real Estate InfoSource Line, an information line on which Geo. F. Brown policyholders can get assistance determining if their issue can be resolved informally. If not, the attorney will advise reporting a formal claim to the insurer. (A call to the Real Estate InfoSource Line doesn't constitute notification of a claim to the insurer.)
