REALTOR.com® Enhancements: Foreclosure Badge
WHAT: Identifying Foreclosures on REALTOR.com® in Q1 2010
REALTOR.com® will now help consumers identify Foreclosure properties. Basic and Showcase Listings that are identified as Foreclosures will display a prominent Foreclosure badge on the Search Results Pages as well as on Listing Detail Pages. The Foreclosure status will be provided through the REALTOR.com® data-feeds from MLS’s in participating markets – to ensure accuracy of the identified Foreclosure listing.
KEY COMPONENTS OF FORECLOSURES on REALTOR.com®:
- Foreclosure badges on the Listing Detail Pages and Search Results Pages will help users easily identify Foreclosure listings.
- Both basic and enhanced listings may be marked as Foreclosures, where applicable.
- Only homes marketed within the MLS as foreclosures (REO/bank-owned) will appear as such on REALTOR.com®.
