Listing Status Bullet on REALTOR.com® Listing Detail Pages
A new Listing Status bullet has been added to the Property Features section of all Listing Detail pages on REALTOR.com®. This feature was launched on June 12, 2007.
Additional Details and New Features
- If an MLS currently sends REALTOR.com® a "Status" field in their data feed (i.e., Active, Pending, Pending with Contingency, etc.), we will display these values on their REALTOR.com® listings.
- If no status information is provided in the data, we will presume all listings are active and will display "Status: Active" on the Listing Detail page.
- The new Status bullet will be displayed on all listings, both basic and enhanced, on REALTOR.com®.
- If an MLS desired, they may notify REALTOR.com® that they do not want to have any status displayed.
