"Open House" Features on REALTOR.com® Showcase Listings
Showcase enhancement customers can now schedule up to five Open House events in the REALTOR.com® Control Panel. Additionally, Open House information will be displayed on the newly enhanced Open House details page. Open House updates will display on REALTOR.com®, usually within 15 minutes of posting in the Control Panel. In addition, Open House information can be updated or deleted at any time. The feature launched June 26, 2007.
Features
- A new Open House "call to action" button on the Search Results & Listing Detail Pages of REALTOR.com®. The "call to action" button will be clickable and will link to the Open House Details page.
- A new clickable Open House icon on the Interim Search Page, Featured Homes Display, and the Map Search Page which also link to the Open House Details page.
- Newly enhanced Open House Details page with all currently scheduled Open Houses, updated graphics, and mouse-over detail pop-outs.
- Company Showcase Feed Support — Offices utilizing Company Showcase feeds can populate the feed with multiple Open Houses (up to five) if desired.
- All currently scheduled Open Houses will display on the Open House Details page. Open Houses that are expired automatically do not display.

- There is no additional charge for this new feature for Showcase Listing Enhancement subscribers.
