AEC Statement of Purpose
To be a resource for REALTOR® associations at all levels by 1) ensuring that there is knowledge and understanding of issues and concerns between the REALTOR association community and NAR committees and leadership; 2) providing a framework which ensures that staff and volunteer leaders have the professional development and management resources they need to provide optimal services to their members.

AEC SUBCOMMITTEES:
Every year, the AEC calls for AE volunteers to staff important standing committees and single subject, limited-term work groups. Below is a list of the goals and rosters for the Association Executives Committee, subcommittees, and work groups. Additional work groups may be convened as the need arises.

VOLUNTEER TO SERVE:
AE volunteers not only shape the policies that affect their careers but also develop valuable resources to help all associations flourish.
Every year, the Association Executives Committee of NAR asks for AE and association executive staff volunteers to work on important standing committees and single subject, limited-term work groups.
