The candidate must be accomplished in the use and technology of Multiple Listing databases, with knowledge of their function and the ability to assist in the management of such systems. The candidate must possess experience with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks and be able to maintain a website for Organizational and Administrative Management. A proven record of exceptional customer service is a must. The candidate must be able to effectively work independently, while reporting promptly and accurately to the Board of Directors with all administrative and system-related issues. The keen ability to prepare, maintain and work within the parameters of the budget as approved by the Board of Directors is a must. The candidate must possess the aptitude to prepare accurate and current financial statements as needed. The prowess to propose recommendations regarding financial and organizational management, including system changes and updates, to effectively maintain and improve the efficiency of the organization is a must. The ability to communicate effectively and explain complex ideas to individuals of all levels of experience is essential. The candidate must be able to develop, implement and execute training programs based upon the continual assessment of user needs and proficiencies. WARDEX currently covers the territorial jurisdictions of three Arizona REALTOR® Associations and is equally owned by said Associations. WARDEX currently utilizes the InnoVia platform of MarketLinx; experience with this platform is preferred but not required.
