CAN-SPAM Webcast: Complying with the Final Rules

REALTORS� and association staff are invited to participate in a Webcast seminar on what e-mail messages are subject to the CAN-SPAM requirements and how e-mail senders can comply with the final rules.

The Webcast features Michael A. Goodman, FTC Staff Attorney, and Ralph Holmen, NAR Associate General Counsel.

The Webcast will occur Wednesday, February 23, 2005 at 2 p.m. EST.
