REALTORS® not only helped make the dream of homeownership a reality for up to 70,000 home buyers, REALTORS® helped "make things happen" on Capitol Hill and throughout Washington, for both residential and commercial real estate. It is only appropriate then, that "Make It Happen" is commemorated as the theme of NAR's 2013 Annual Report.
