Did You Know: REALTOR® Affiliations, Certifications, and Designations

- 25 percent of members are members of an affiliate.
- The most common membership is in Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) where 11 percent of members. The second most common membership is in Real Estate Buyer’s Council (REBAC) where 10 percent are members.
- 44 percent of members have a designation in real estate.
- The most common designation is Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI), which 19 percent of members have. Thirteen percent of members have a designation in Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and 10 percent are Certified Residential Specialists (CRS).
- 24 percent of members have a certification in real estate.
- The most common certification is a new certification added in 2010, Short Sales and Foreclosures (SFR), which 12 percent of members have.
