Land Research Resource Guide

The Land Research Resource Guide is the result of an initiative of NAR’s Commercial Real Estate Research Subcommittee at the 2007 Midyear Legislative Meeting.  The Guide was commissioned and financed by the National Association of REALTORS® National Center for Real Estate Research (NCRER) during the fall of 2007.  The Guide was developed and updated by Dr. Grant Thrall.  NAR commercial members also contributed their time, resources and suggestions, including members belonging to NAR’s affiliates—ALC, CCIM, SIOR, and CPM.

The goal of the Guide is to provide a directory of resources that would focus on real estate and land data.  The Land Research Resource Guide provides data and information sources pertinent to commercial real estate for NAR's commercial practitioners.

Below you can access the Guide by sections and topics for your convenience. You may also download the complete PDF file at the bottom of the page.
