Surveys
NAR is the premier source of current and historical industry and industry-related information. By utilizing established surveys such as the Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers, Profile of Second-Home Owners, the NAR Member Profile and new surveys such as theProfile of Real Estate Services, NAR Research can add your questions to national surveys, customize analysis of survey results for your needs, or even poll real estate-related service providers to provide you with the tools to build your business or serve your members.
Existing-Home Sales
NAR’s Existing-Home Sales series – the EHS – is the industry standard for the financial markets. NAR started collecting data on existing home sales in 1968. Now the EHS series include not only existing home sales but also condo sales, median sales prices, housing inventory, housing affordability and a host of other housing-related data. EHS can be the springboard for your own research efforts.
Forecasts
NAR’s Research Division works with some of the nation’s leading research institutions to offer national, regional and local economic and housing forecasts. Leverage the power of existing models to find the answers you need about your market.
