A resident of Collier County since 1974, Donna Fiala moved here from Cleveland, Ohio. Her community involvement includes: president of the East Naples Civic Association, third vice president of the Women’s Republican Club of Naples Federated and past president of the Public Relations Association of Collier County, the Kiwanis Club of Naples East and the Naples Junior Women’s Club. She has served as a member of the boards of directors of the Botanical Garden, President’s Council and Greater Naples Civic Association.

Commissioner Fiala was employed previously by the NCH Healthcare Systems, where she had been director of community involvement since 1987.

Mike Brodie has become one of the most highly regarded REALTORS in America by always putting his clients’ needs first. He is the Cofounder of the Keller Williams’ Preston office, Co-Owner of the Plano office, and a Co-Owner of the company’s Northern California/Hawaii Region which now comprises 35 offices and more than 4,000 associates. A Realtor since 1973, Brodie has earned numerous awards including the Legends Award, Keller Williams President’s Award, and numerous Top Producer Awards. He was named Realtor of the Year by the Collin County Association of Realtors and the Texas Association of Realtors. Brodie was appointed to a seven-year term with the Texas Real Estate Commission by Governor Bush and served as its Chairman. He also served in 2004 and 2005 as Treasurer of the National Association of Realtors. Most recently, The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing announced Brodie as the 2007 winner for Best Integrated Marketing Campaign for a Single Property chosen by a panel of advertising executives for his quality and performance in upscale marketing.

Holly Moskerintz, Community Outreach Program Representative, NAR's Housing Opportunities

Holly Moskerintz is NAR’s Community and Political Affairs Representative. She is responsible for managing the Home From Work ™ program including the Home From Work ™ class and several workforce housing initiatives. Holly also works on various projects in NAR’s Housing Opportunity Program and NAR’s Smart Growth initiative. Holly has recently completed NAR’s Green Designation.

Before coming to NAR, Holly worked for several associations in Washington in the legislative, communications and technology fields. Holly redesigned and managed several websites including those at the National Association of Counties, the American Bus Association and the American Immigration Lawyer’s Association. She also worked implementing new technologies to disseminate information and communicate with the members at these associations including e-newsletters, blogs and discussion forums.

Holly’s major was Community Development and Planning and she is a member of the International Economic Development Council, ASAE and DC Web Women.

Melanie McLane is a licensed appraiser, broker and educator. With over 33 years in the business, she has vast experience in all aspects of real estate. She devotes most of her time to teaching, writing and consulting with real estate companies, but keeps both her licenses active and continues to list, sell and appraise, in order to keep her thumb on the market. A nationally known speaker, she has appeared at NAR and Triple Play conventions as a speaker. Ms. McLane specializes, on a national level, in the RSPS course (Resorts and Second Properties Specialist). Over the past 29 years DiNicola has specialized in the real estate brokerage, marketing, and development of commercial and residential properties. He has worked with investors and developers representing over $1.5 Billion in sales and development. Previously DiNicola was a Vice President of Sales with Westinghouse Communities (the predecessor to WCI). DiNicola ran the sales operations for nearly ten years at Bonita Bay (The Bonita Bay Group) in the Naples Florida area. Bonita Bay is a 3,800 acre community with five golf courses, two clubhouses, 18 court tennis center, and marina facility with 400 boats. Al is an Investment Banker (FINRA) and Registered Investment Advisor (NASAA) licensed with Naples AIS, Inc. He was first licensed with NASD in 1985 while working on Hilton Head Island, SC. He specializes in alternative investment strategies and asset management. His associated companies are currently focused on Distressed Asset Classes and he regularity speaks at conferences and symposiums on this topic. Al is a National Award Winning Trainer and Consultant. He is considered an expert in sales, marketing, financing, and development of commercial, and amenity rich master planned residential properties. He is a Certified Instructor for the National Association of Homebuilders. He has been a real estate broker in Florida since 1981 and is involved with the Florida Association of Realtors and past chairman of the Professional Standards Committee for the state association.
