 The Symposium kicks off with registration and a welcome reception the evening of Sunday, June 24. Monday, June 25, includes education sessions in the morning and a Vail Valley property tour and reception in Beaver Creek in the afternoon. The Symposium concludes with education and networking sessions on Tuesday, June 26, with a proper Colorado send-off in the evening at Four Eagle Ranch! Only 350 registrations will be available, so register soon to make sure you are included. Hotel InformationThe NAR Resort Symposium in Vail, CO, will be held at the beautiful Vail Cascade Resort & Spa. Winter is the number one reason people go to Vail -- summer is the reason they stay! The NAR Resort Symposium room block at the Vail Cascade Resort & Spa is sold out. All hotel reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis until June 8, 2007 or sell-out. Vail Cascade cancellation policy: Cancellations must be received 48-hours in advance or a 1-night room deposit will be charged. The Antlers At Vail is an all-condo hotel operating in Vail since 1972. The Antlers is offering a 10% discount to NAR Resort Symposium attendees on their condos (studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, etc.) June 23 - 26, 2007. The Antlers is less than a mile from the Vail Cascade - just a short walk along the creek. For reservations, contact the Antlers directly at 800/843-8245 and mention the NAR Resort Symposium to qualify for the group discount. All condo hotel reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis until sell-out. Antlers cancellation policy: Cancellations must be received 2-weeks in advance or a 1-night room deposit (plus tax) will be charged.
Travel InformationIf you are flying to Colorado, there are two ways to get to Vail. You can fly to the Eagle County Airport (EGE) from 14 major cities. Eagle County Airport is approximately twenty minutes from Vail. You may also fly to Denver International Airport (DIA) and take the scenic two-hour drive to Vail. Don't forget Realtor® Benefits if you need to rent a car. Avis, Budget and Hertz each have special rates for Realtors®. United Airlines Discount: NAR's official carrier, United Airlines, offers a 10% discount on any published fare when purchasing thirty or more days in advance, 5% when purchasing less than thirty days in advance to NAR members. Call the airline direct at (800) 521-4041 from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm (EST), 7 days a week or call your local travel agent to make arrangements and receive this special discount using United Airlines reference ID number #502CP. Ground Transportation: If you are flying to Denver International Airport, you will be driving I-70 West directly to Vail. Ask your rental car agency for tips on driving in the mountains, take your time and enjoy the view! The trip from Denver to Vail will take approximately 2 hours. If you are flying to Eagle Country Airport you will find that it is 20 minutes from Vail. Ground transportation information is available on the Eagle County Airport website.
Symposium Golf OutingJoin the Cordillera Club on Sunday, June 24 for a day of golf and networking at the Cordillera Summit Course! $95 per person includes green fee, cart rental, breakfast, lunch, transportation to and from the Vail Cascade Resort & Spa and gift bag.
