The device allows users to access the MLS, pull up particular properties and their descriptions, and get turn-by-turn spoken driving directions. It also features neighborhood maps with zoom capability as well as built-in mortgage, home equity, and rent vs. own calculators, among other tools. Additionally, the device — which also serves as a Windows mobile PDA organizer — offers market statistics, contact management, and advanced prospect/client profiling capabilities.
