Daily Real Estate News  |  May 22, 2009  |   Online Resources Cater to Foreclosure Shoppers
An array of online resources is available for anyone—real estate professional or not—to explore the foreclosure market.

There are three paid, comprehensive sites that specialize in listing both foreclosures and pre-foreclosures. They are:

Foreclosures.com, $49.95 per month.
Foreclosure.com, $39.95 per month.
RealtyTrac.com, $49.95 per month, with a four-month minimum.

All of these have a free trial period.

Cyberhomes.com provides a search engine for bank-owned properties that have been listed with a real estate practitioner, including homes that aren’t on the multiple listing service.

Sites with useful online discussion forums on foreclosures include Trulia.com and the "Answers" feature at Yahoo! Real Estate, BiggerPockets, and ForeclosureTruth.com.
