Prices Climb for Online Real Estate Advertising
The cost of online real estate advertising has doubled since the fourth quarter of 2008, according to ad broker Adify.
Adify suggests that the increase reflects rising demand by mortgage brokers, real estate professionals, and home builders.
Adify’s statistics reflect about 12,000 Web sites that draw moderate amounts of traffic and advertisers who pay per view rather than click. Therefore, these figures may not be representative of the total market.
