Daily Real Estate News  |  October 5, 2009  |   Sotomayor Keeping New York Condo
Newly appointed Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor is moving to Washington, D.C., but she’s not selling her condo in New York’s Greenwich Village. Sotomayor owes about $380,000 on her $1 million apartment.

"Right now—like many other Americans—it would not be wise for me to sell my home in New York because the market is so low," Sotomayor told C-SPAN in a recent interview.
