Twitter CEO Tweets: "Buy My Loft"
Twitter CEO Evan Williams has taken his loft-for-sale listing viral.
“Buy my loft … It’s a steal,” he tweeted last weekend.
Williams and his wife Sara Morishige are trying to sell their two-bedroom, two-bath San Francisco penthouse for $1.495 million, $2,000 less than they paid for it not quite three years ago, according to Trulia.com.
Eric Turner, an associate with McGuire Real Estate, who listed the property, says the 1,792-square-foot apartment is in a former wine warehouse. Turner says Williams would like to sell the unit partially furnished because it doesn’t "necessarily fit the feeling of [their] new house,"
Their new property is a four-bedroom, three-bathroom, Victorian-style house where the couple and their 2-month-old son will likely be more comfortable.
