Fannie Mae is launching a Spanish version of its Homepath.com Web site, designed to help potential home owners purchase Fannie Mae-owned properties.

Through HomePath.com potential home owners can access a database that lists properties for sale around the country, including the territory of Puerto Rico.

To access the site from the English language version, click on "En Espanol” in the upper right-hand corner.
