Good Neighbor Awards 


REALTOR® Magazine Good Neighbor Awards program recognizes REALTORS® who are improving the lives of others through volunteer work. Each year, five winners are selected to receive $10,000 grants for their charities as well as national publicity to help their cause.

Good Neighbor Awards Prizes and Benefits

Five Good Neighbor Award winners will each receive:

  • a $10,000 grant for their community cause.
  • travel expenses for winner and a guest to attend the REALTOR® Conference & Expo.
  • a custom-designed lead crystal Good Neighbor Award trophy.
  • national exposure in REALTOR® Magazine, REALTOR Magazine Online, the Show Daily, and other real estate media as well as at the NAR conference, which has more than 20,000 attendees.
  • use of the Good Neighbor Winner logo on marketing and promotional materials.

 

Additionally, five honorable mentions will each receive:

    • a $2,500 grant for their community cause.
    • national exposure in REALTOR® Magazine, REALTOR Magazine Online, and other real estate media.
    • use of the Good Neighbor Honorable Mention logo on marketing and promotional materials.
    • a Good Neighbor Honorable Mention wall plaque.
