What the Site Offers is a commercial real estate resource for both small businesses seeking to lease commercial space and investors who are looking to buy commercial property under 10,000 square feet. The site provides a database containing thousands of office, retail, and industrial listings that potential tenants and buyers can search for free. As of September 2003, salespeople or property owners can post their properties in the database for a monthly fee of $59 per lease listing and $99 per sale listing. (Volume discounts are available for 10 or more listings.)

Additionally, all properties listed through are automatically posted to more than 30 partner sites, including Yahoo! Real Estate and, and major metropolitan newspapers, such as the Los Angeles Times, The Boston Globe, and The New York Times. This provides wide exposure for listings, at a relatively inexpensive price, that you can use to advertise commercial properties for your clients or for your own investment properties., based in New York, is a real estate venture that was started in 1999.
