 Christine Z. Doyle, Christine Doyle Seminars in Burlington, Wis., uses her multipart listing presentations for sellers and buyers in both her teaching and her sales practice. Pre-printed tabs are combined with four-color sheets from a laser printer to create a colorful, but easily altered, book that fits into a three-ring binder.

Doyle’s pre-listing package includes an easy-to-follow checklist of items sellers should have ready when she arrives. (c-1)
