	That is a great Idea..There are alot of reasons people walk away from their homes..Some have no choice, besides not able to work with the bank..Divorce, Doctor bills, Family issues...Yet these buyers still try to make all their other payments on time, there should be an "Out Card" for them due to the crazy house selling that took place with the banks making a killing to begin with..The Banks should have invested there monies wisely, that they made for years off these buyers..They were the ones closing there eyes and qualifing buyers not truely able to buy. Yet we the public, get stuck paying for there mistakes over and over. How about a little stimulas package for us..We give our monies to everyone else that ask for it..*
