	I sincerely hope that this also passes the Senate, and goes by the wayside as a poor choice for our economy. Being in the Real Estate Industry for years, I have NEVER seen more transactions fall through, buyers/sellers not see their dreams of buying/selling their homes to move forward, and also frustrated appraisers attempting to 'do the best they can' in areas completely foreign to them. The HVCC also wedged the biggest communication gap between this industry in all time. Generally, the "team work" of Real Estate Broker, Mortgage Broker, Appraiser, Lender, Title Co, was a solid team, all focused upon successful closings with open communications. HVCC shattered that communication line! It needs to SCAPPED!! NOW!*
