A closing gift seals the deal and hopefully is an ongoing reminder of you. Match the gift to the price of the home and the client’s potential as a source of future referrals.

TIP: The best gifts are the ones that demonstrate your personal knowledge of the client’s interests and hobbies.

  • Permanent door wreath and hanger
  • Doorknockers or nameplates
  • Fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, or carbon monoxide detectors
