The Internet Data Exchange (IDX) policy of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (Multiple Listing Policy Statement 7.58) was first adopted May 2000.  It has been subsequently revised several times, most recently in May 2012 to expand use of IDX information in mobile applications and also to define “control”, as that term is used in the policy.
