November Pending Home Sales Rise Again

Pending home sales increased in November for the third straight month and reached the highest level in two-and-a-half years, according to the National Association of Realtors®.

Next release: Pending Home Sales Index will be released on January 28, 10 a.m. ET.

Monthly Index

The monthly index covers the past 12 months for the nation and four regions. The data includes seasonally adjusted as well as not seasonally adjusted figures.
