Pending Home Sales Edge Up in April

Pending home sales improved slightly in April and continue to be well above a year ago. Gains in the Northeast and Midwest were offset largely by declines in the West and South.

Next release: Pending Home Sales Index will be released on June 27, 10 a.m. ET.

Monthly Index

The monthly index covers the past 12 months for the nation and four regions. The data includes seasonally adjusted as well as not seasonally adjusted figures.
