The American Clean Energy and Security Act
To further advance voluntary energy efficiency activities in homes across the country, NAR's Center for Realtor Technology has signed an agreement with the Department of Energy (DOE) that will help American families improve the efficiency of their homes.
On Thursday, April 30th, the President signed S. 535, the Energy Efficiency Improvement Act of 2015, into law.
On Tuesday, April 21, the House of Representative passed S.535, the "Energy Efficiency Improvement Act of 2015."
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is delaying the release of carbon emissions rules for all power plants, known as the Clean Power Plan, and will publish them for new as well as existing plants at the same time mid-summer.
