Overviews of Realtor Neighborhood Stabilization Project

NAR has partnered with the National Community Stabilization Trust to develop the REALTOR® Neighborhood Stabilization Project, which will help REALTORS® to help their communities effectively implement the federal government’s Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP). Through the NSP, the federal government has provided $6 billion to assist communities hardest hit by foreclosures to acquire and rehabilitate foreclosed and abandoned properties.

The purpose of these webinars is to educate Association Executives, Government Affairs Directors, and interested Realtors on the NSP and how best to work with local governments to address foreclosures and neighborhood stabilization issues through NSP funding.
