When does the list appear in the magazine?
The Top 100 Companies list appears in the July issue of REALTOR® magazine.
How can I apply?
Each January, REALTOR® magazine mails questionnaires to hundreds of real estate companies whose past records have established them as high-production companies. To apply, please print and fill out the Top 100 Companies online form that will be made available on this site. Information on where to send your application is included on the form.
What is the 2009 deadline?
The deadline will be in late February, 2009. Stay tuned for the exact date.
What criteria is used to determine who makes the list?
Companies are ranked by two measures: Residential transaction sides closed and residential sales volume closed.
Will I be notified if I’m selected?
You will find out if your company is on the list when the July issue of REALTOR® Magazine is mailed in late June.
