International Market-to-Market Program

Much of the global business done by REALTORS® is done in their local markets, working with immigrant buyers, foreign investors, and a growing number of Americans buying abroad for investment, retirement, or second homes. The NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®' International Market-to-Market Program provides resources for individual REALTOR® agents and brokers, as well as state and local REALTOR® associations to develop business relationships with real estate markets around the world to further their business interests.

NAR's relationships with cooperating associations across the globe allow our members to profit from this trend and conduct business with confidence in a safe and ethical environment. Through its international operations programs, NAR now has more than 70 cooperative agreements with real estate associations in more than 50 nations.

The Market-to-Market program can be used by individual REALTOR® agents and brokers, as well as state and local REALTOR® associations to develop business opportunities with real estate practitioners in specific markets or countries. If your or your state/local association of REALTORS® would like to start a Market-to-Market relationship, use our resources to conduct research on foreign markets and follow our links to receive contacts in the market you are interested in!
