WHAT: Find Home Values on REALTOR.com® Integrated with Featured CMA

Find Home Values is a comprehensive search and content destination not only providing consumers with valuations, but an unparalleled level of information relating to the properties in a neighborhood. Consumers can get the estimated value for a specific home or neighborhood, or ‘explore’ an area using the interactive map-based interface. Additional details are available on all the properties in a neighborhood, including all REALTOR.com® active listings, recently sold homes using data provided from public record sources and/or local MLSs, and homes not currently on the market using public records data. Find Home Values is accessed from a call-to-action on the new REALTOR.com® home page. The Featured CMA product has been recently integrated with the Find Home Values experience, allowing REALTORS® with local market expertise to expose their brand and services, as well as including an offer of a ‘Home Value Report’ on non-listed properties.

KEY COMPONENTS OF FIND HOME VALUES INCLUDE:

• Search of REALTOR.com®‘s active listings, recently sold properties and comparable properties by city, state, zip or specific address through the use of an interactive map, with a “refine search” capability through the use of powerful search filters.
• Property information includes: listing details, photos, sales history, and public assessor details (property and tax assessment information).
• Property value ‘estimates’ (AVMs) are provided for each non-active property, with comparisons at the zip, city, county, state and national levels.
• View market trend data for an area, such as: average AVM (Automated Valuation Model), average listing and sales prices, average days on market, and the number of active listings.
• Featured CMA customers are exposed on all public record properties with a call-to-action to request a ‘Home Value Report’.
  Note: Featured CMA agent branding will never appear for a property that is either an Active Listing or, when MLS data is provided, on an MLS Recently Sold property that included branding by the listing and seller broker/agent.

• Consumer interest in home valuation features has grown exponentially, along with its increasing availability on agent, broker, franchise and specialized national sites. Consumers want to use home valuation tools in their initial research of their home buying or selling process. Together, NAR and REALTOR.com® have determined that it is in the best interest of organized real estate to leverage industry resources and REALTOR® expertise to do it better than anyone else, rather than abdicate this web-based feature to others.
