Existing Home Sales Survey
The NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS appreciates your interest in participating in the monthly existing home sales (EHS) survey. The NAR survey-form used to gather the existing home sales statistics can be downloaded from the link above. Local Associations/Boards/MLSs can participate in the survey by filling out the form and submitting it to the NAR Research Division between the 15th and the 20th of each month. The completed survey form should be emailed to data@realtors.org, or faxed to 202-383-7568. *Please note: Local Boards/MLSs who are participating in US HouseSTATS do not need to submit their statistics as we are already including your figures in our reporting. Thank you
The NAR compiles the home sales statistics on an ongoing basis. So we ask that all participants continue to submit their statistics between the 15th and the 20th each month so that we can continue to measure housing trends in the U.S.
